You can fit the plan to the employer's budget. Benefit plans can be very basic or totally comprehensive. You have every ability to control the plan design, develop maximum allowable charges per procedure, employee and employer contributions, and annual or lifetime limits. Plans can include orthodontics, implants or whatever the employer might desire. We encourage you to control costs, not care.

You can also determine your commission. You know what effort you put into this client and you determine the commission rate. We'll build it into the quoted rate, if you prefer.

Electronic enrollment -- We already work with most of the major payroll firms and several medical benefits carriers. Many brokers and consultants also prefer to do it themselves. We can also work with many systems, even some "homegrown" ones.

Midwest Dental Benefits knows dental benefits because that's all we do. In fact, MDB is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Minnesota Dental Association. As such, we deliver a level of service comparable to what our owner dentists deliver to their patients.

We use research and recommendations from dental universities throughout the country, along with the data consensus methodologies used by the American Dental Association.
