Service. We turnaround our claims fast. Midwest Dental Benefits serve as a claims processor. We receive no interest on the funds available for claims payments because funds stay with the employer until the checks are written. Our goal is to get the information in, get the information out, and reduce the number of phone calls from patients or dentists concerning the status of claims. Claims are very easy to file, too. Exclusively Dental. We do dental and dental only. As a wholly owned subsidiary of the Minnesota Dental Association, we know how valuable your time is. We will do everything possible to respect it and keep your administrative time to a minimum.
