Instructions for Installing Midwest Dental Benefits Website Banners onto your Website

  1. Select the banner of your choice. We currently have two versions available. The first is a square version sized at 120 pixels x 120 pixels at 72ppi. The second is a vertical version sized at 120 pixels x 289 pixels at 72ppi.
  2. The icons are in a JPEG format, optimized for the web. Load the icon (or ask your web master to load the icon) onto the home page of your website and set it up as a dynamic button with a hot link.
  3. Link the icon of your choice to the MDB website at the following address: http://www.mdbtpa.com/
