Children who are students at a recognized university or technical college may qualify for continued coverage under their parent's dental plan. To qualify, Midwest Dental Benefits ask that you verify student status by providing us with a copy of the student's grades, a class schedule with the student's name listed on the document or a tuition statement for the student.
